  3. Hello good morning. I was in a car accident a year ago, and suffered sercical fractures at C4 and C5. With consequences and temporary damage to the left arm ulnar nerve, thus losing strength and mobility for several months, and little sensitivity and burning; with intense pain in the neck due to detachment of the vertebrae. To which they had to make an emergency to put a badge on me at the aforementioned services.
Based on time with a neck brace, medications, and rehabilitation for about 8 months, I had an improvement of up to about 70%.
To date I have had a very good recovery.
I have undergone a treatment of medications and exercises recommended by specialists, with an improvement in mobility and strength of up to approximately 90%.
Currently I am taking my activities normally without trying too hard for fear of causing another injury.
My question is: I would like to know if I can resume my exercises in the gym and lift with a considerable weight or lift dumbbells without injuring myself?
    Greetings.
