Lateralized disc herniation
In this case, Doctor Elgeadi is in charge of the treatment, with a minimally invasive surgery technique, of locating and removing a small herniated disc in the L5S1.
Preoperative
Although the size of the hernia is quite small, the patient suffers discomfort in the lower body, with difficulties when walking or making efforts with the legs.
Operation
A minimally invasive spine surgery, with a minimum incision of about 2 mm, which will give access to the hernia in question and will allow the patient to end the pain.
The hernia removal operation will take approximately 40 minutes.
Postoperative
The patient will be able to leave the hospital on his own feet and without pain as soon as the effects of the anesthesia wear off and recovery is expected to be quick and easy.
