Clinical case: release of lumbar prosthesis

The patient came to ICAC because after undergoing a arthroplasty operation, continued to suffer pain in the lumbar spine area.

Preoperative

The patient was arthroplasty surgery in a clinic outside of ICAC. Once operated on, the pain was progressive, extending to the legs.

Operation

At ICAC, he underwent a lumbar prosthesis release, since once the area was analyzed, fibrosis and remains of the extracted hernia could be observed.

Postoperative

The root was completely freed, returning to its original location. The operation was completed successfully.
